MMD Self Model Request

Hello!
I need a favor...
I would really like to have an MMD model of myself. Not trying to be narcissistic, I just think it would be cool! Unfortunately, I can't get PMDE or PMXE on my computer. But I've tried, I've really tried. It just doesn't work!
Would somebody be willing to do it for me? I've already got an idea in mind, someone would just have to put it together. Whoever does this for me, please let me know what you would like in return! I'll gladly do it for you.
I would like the model to be on a Rin base because it is more realistic to myself. Most MMDers prefer themselves (or their OC) on a Miku base, but I am not Miku-sized or Miku-aged. I am Rin-size and Rin-age so I'd like to stick to this until I am Miku size!
I would like the model to be wearing this orange blouse! It is definitely something I would wear.
Or, one of these sweaters! Whichever one... I couldn't pick from the blouse or the sweater so I'm leaving it up to you!
I sort of prefer the blue ones or the khaki ones.... thank you
A pair of vans! Whichever ones look best with the outfit... although I do like the big ones on the right ^-^
This hair. It took me SOOOO freaking long to find hair that was somewhat close to mine, especially without bangs! This hair has no physics.. it might be nice if they were added but I honestly don't mind if they aren't. I don't want to cause too much stress! (^-^)/
For the coloring of my hair, it is mostly like the sixth texture on the second row so that would be the one to go with.
As for my eyes..... they are green, but are brown in the center (making them hazel eyes)....
...So they are a bit like Iroha Nekomura's eyes but they also fit Luo Tanyi's eyes... If you can find a hazel eye texture anywhere that would be awesome! These eyes are sort of examples because I can't find any that match mine.
ALSO, IF IT IS POSSIBLE: these headphones!
I'm sorry for adding these in a little later. I think they are cool in real life but it is easier for them to be on my model! (I have heard they're not the best headphones anyway.)

Heya everyone!
I was featured in an MMD art journal by AnastasiaAlicia recently, and in return, I am doing the same!
I love her pictures! They always look SO AMAZING and she is probably one of the few MMDers who is able to Blender-render and has that figured out. All of these pictures tell a story and I hope that someday I can be almost as good as her!
